The Olympic stadium at dusk
This is a view you can get from the top of the Shibuya Scramble Square building in Shibuya. From the observation floor, you can see the stadium built for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (held in 2021 and without spectators because of COVID). The construction of this stadium was plagued by scandals and problems, and now it became a huge burden for taxpayers because the original plans to make it private after the Olympics has, so far, flopped magnificently. Anyway despite all these troubles the place remains an interesting landmark, especially at dusk when it is lit up. Most modern stadiums are built outside cities. This one is right in the middle of Tokyo, erected where the previous 1964 Olympic stadiums was built. It is both a beautiful and oddly impressive sight.
